Could you use butter to moisturize your face? Some people do. Most people use cosmetic creams or oils, but there are other alternatives.

Butter for the skin
You know that the vegetable is an ingredient used by thousands of women as a body cream or rough areas? There are even those who use it in the face. Not recommended for the face but can be tested in other areas. Used vegetable shortening. The skin may be oily for this reason it is used sparingly. It is ideal for heels, elbows, knees and hands dry.

It helps the skin because it creates a barrier between the skin and the environment by making the skin retain its own oils. A serious problem when using lard to make contact with clothing is that it is very difficult to wash clothes and if not removed the butter after a while it smells stale.

Petrolatum
It acts like the butter creates a protective barrier around the skin. It is ideal for people who practice skiing or exposed to cold temperatures or wind. Clogs the pores and therefore should not be used in areas prone to mud.

Can be used on face and body, but there are better options for the face. As a petroleum product is not recommended but many doctors do.

Butter or vegetable waxes
There are as many karite, avocado, and other command. They are very effective in protecting the skin and treat dry skin. You can read more in this article: butters for skin

Vegetable oil
There are many types of oil such as almond, olive, sunflower and others. All can be used on the skin, they can combine with each other to create a better consistency or use cigars.

I know a dermatologist who used sunflower oil instead of cream body. You can enrich the content by putting them in a few capsules of vitamin E or a little wheat germ oil and we must keep in the refrigerator if the weather is humid.

Mineral oil
Comes from oil and has very large molecules that clog the pores. It is effective but can cause outbreaks of acne in predisposed individuals. The baby oil is mineral oil and is generally a cousin of the petroleum jelly. Before it contained many cosmetics but now with the rise of natural products use is declining.

Our precious skin has many enemies. They constantly attack the attackers, causing wrinkles, lines, spots and more. Meet some of their more powerful enemies and protect your skin. Continuing down

Stress
Few things cause so much damage to the skin as the constant stress. No matter how expensive they are using creams or treatments that are still controlled but stress the skin suffers because the collagen is destroyed and you lose the freshness of youth. Solution: Each time you are stressed if they think it’s worth it big these wrinkles. Read stress and beauty

Smoking and drinking
The effects of snuff on the skin are shocking. The snuff causes wrinkles and premature skin withers (read: smoking and skin). A glass of wine is healthy, but more than this (often) causes inflammation in the skin over time causing broken capillaries, enlarged pores and others. The smoke also has secondary effects.

Lack of moisture
Moisturize the skin needs to retain its own moisture and regenerate at night. The oily skins in hot climates may not need it but in dry weather and cold all skins need a daily moisturizer. Solution uses a moisturizer for your skin type.

Dirty pores
The pore size is genetic, but if kept clean will be small. This is because if the black spots are left untreated will open the pores more. Once this happens the pores do not return to its former size. Solution: To avoid this you can use a cleanser with salicylic acid, which melts the tallow or masks week.

Lack of fat and nutrients
As you read, abdominal fat, but does not require the skin itself. Especially good fats such as linseed oil or fish. If people do not eat enough fat skin is dry and wither. If missing nutrients the skin loses color and freshness. Solution: eat healthfully. Read nutrition and beauty

The sun
This you know. The sun causes the most damage to skin caused by the environment. It is important to wear sunscreen every day to stay young and prevent stains. Solution: Use sunscreen in sun and shade.

Bad habits
Like sleeping face down, eyes or wrinkle the face with frequent gestures, holding the cheeks, chin or other part of the face with his hands and so on. All these gestures leave fingerprints on the face that over time become expression lines and wrinkles later. Solution: notes that gestures and habits that make your skin wrinkle and tries to change them.

This helps activate the circulation but the hands and fingers do the same function. They also help to exfoliate, natural sea sponges are very effective. Not all types of skin respond well to these treatments daily. If you have dry or sensitive skin do not use every day.

If you use the sponge or brush is needed to keep them free of bacteria. To this must be clean and dry in a place where they can breathe.

Avoid using sponges and plastic if you use the brush bristles should be very smooth.
