A study by the Catalan Institute of Oncology, one of the most recognized Spanish institutions in the fight against cancer, shows that good nutrition reduces the risk of death by 30%. If this fact alone is insufficient to realize the benefits of fruits and vegetables for health, yet there is another who can be much more convincing: the taking of fiber from cereals by 30% reduces the risk of a tumor stomach. Experts say also that it is possible to obtain the same protection against other cancers such as colon, with a diet rich in this plant.</p>
<p>Both issues are part of the initial data are known in Spain&#8217;s EPIC project, the largest taking place in Europe to study the relationship between nutrition and cancer.
