You can not escape from this situation so we must learn to live with it. When you take holidays in places where you can breathe fresh air. In some cities, pollution is so high that there is like breathing smoke 10 cigarettes a day. You can help your body to neutralize these effects by taking antioxidant vitamins such as vitamin C.
