			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Masks from fruit and vegetables are great for your skin. The ingredients found in your kitchen, with a few minutes and without effort can nourish and beautify your skin.<br />
The first thing you should do when selecting a mask is to identify the needs of your skin. Masks should be applied with rotary movement in the direction of the muscles of the face and always upwards.</p>
<p>For best result of the masks, you relax while you have the mask on. Listen to your favorite music, close your eyes and forget the world. Let your skin absorb the wonderful natural ingredients.<span id="more-30"></span></p>
<p>These masks are suitable for all skin types, but some benefit some types more than others. Remember that before you apply a mask to your skin should be clean. The masks are usually left on the face of 10 to 15 minutes, then off you should preferably water at normal temperature.</p>
<p>If the consistency of the mixture of the pulp of the fruit is not sufficiently cohesive to apply on the face, add a teaspoon of flour or oatmeal.</p>
<p><strong>Bananas</strong>. Peel the banana and prepare a purée. Wipe your face with fingertips spread the pulp of the banana in the face. Leave for about 15 minutes. Beneficial for all skin types.<br />
Papaya. Peel the papaya and prepare a smooth mixture with the pulp. Aplícatela in the face and neck. The papaya should not be left on the skin over 5 minutes. Ideal for normal and oily skin.<br />
<strong>Apple</strong>. Prepare a mixture with the pulp of the fruit, you can do this manually or with food processor blender. This mask is especially beneficial for skin with pimples or blackheads.<br />
<strong>Melon</strong>. Follow the above method of preparation and implementation. This mask helps dry skin and normal.</p>
